Security
We send all of our hampers and gifts with a signature on arrival and tracking so you the customer or your recipient can track the progress of your/ their items at all time.
Your privacy is important to us, so all transactions will remain confidential, unless otherwise instructed by yourself.
The information collected from you for your recipient will consist of the following
* Name (Job Title if applicable)
* Contact information - Phone number and Email address
*Demographic information such as address and postcode etc.
* If asked to custom build a hamper - addition information may be obtained such as interests, gender etc purely for the customers requirements.
Returns
Deliveries Returned to us
*Occasionally a hamper or gift will be returned to us for one of the following reasons. We do not take any responsibility for the following and will not refund any loss of monies.
* A card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange collection from the nearest post office.
*The recipient is not known at that address or has moved.
*Address details are incorrect or insufficient
*The recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out.
*If the parcel has an incorrect address, and our couriers are unable to contact the recipient to verify, and instead return the parcel to us.
*Hampers and gift lines cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to new / correct addresses at the cost of the sender/recipient.
*We will inform you via email within one week of the hamper or gift being retuned to us.
*An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the hamper or gift to the same or an alternative address.
* Due to the perishable nature of some hampers and gifts, orders retuned to us for any of the reasons mentioned above cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
*In the rare event that you receive faulty or damaged products. Hollyhock Hampers and Gifts are happy to help, however will require photographic evidence of unwrapped product to confirm the item and extent of the damage. Prior to action being taken.
*If only part of the hamper or gift collection is damaged, only that part maybe claimable. In this instance a full refund will not be applied.
*Please note - If a refund has been agreed upon, monies will only be refunded in the same manner as they were received either through PayPal or on the credit card used in the purchase of the product.
*Damage reported after a period of 7 days from receipt of the product will not be considered.
* Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
Purchase of Alcohol
Hollyhock Hampers and Gifts supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.
